
Meet our previous participants of the Top Shape 30 program – these are individuals who come from all walks of life. They all joined the 30 day challenge with a mission to complete a 30 day journey without alcohol, healthy nutrition and to exercise 1 hour per day for 30 days. Some “Top Shapers” wanted to loose weight, some wanted to get a kick-start, some wanted to try something new and some wanted to get toned – and they all successfully completed their 30 day journey with some amazing results!
