Ted Caisse, 54 years old, was signed up to participate in the Top Shape 30 challenge by his roommate.
By the 4th day he was ready to quit but through encouragement from his other peers he stuck to the program. At first he thought it was overwhelming.
If you would have told me that there is a program out there that after 10 days I would have lost 12 pounds & after 30 days I would have lost a total of 28 pounds. And that I would become a inspiration to other people – I would have told you there is no such program – but as it turns out there is!

The nutritional changes of sticking to 1600 to 2200 calories nutrients per day, which used to be his breakfast was the toughest challenge.
However, Ted started becoming creative with “this nothing” that he was eating, and realized that you can eat very flavorful meals that don’t have carbs and sugar.
On his 10th day he had lost 12 pounds and by the end of the 30 days he was down to 28 pounds. He surpassed his goal of weight loss and is still continuing his path and goal of depleting all the old cheeseburgers.
