One of our Top Shapers, a busy entrepreneur, who is always on the go, signed up for the 30 day challenge. Her goal was to jump start her exercise routine again. She found that the 30 days was not too long to commit to, and the routines were not too hard to follow.
By the end of the challenge she lost both weight and 3 1/2 inches around her waist. She achieved better results than she had expected – and was also able to fit her skinny jeans again.
