1 Monday: Set a goal to always exercise on the first day of the week – Monday. It gets you kick-started for a new fresh and healthy week. It will make you happy and also boost your self-esteem for the rest of the week.
2 Don’t Skip Your Exercise: If you start wearing off of your exercise regiment for more than 2 days you are likely to fall of your exercise bandwagon. You will loose your commitment and start slacking off.
3 Morning Routine: If you exercise first thing in the morning, you won’t have any excuses for the rest of the day. It does not only get you kick-started but it gives you a energy boost to keep going with your daily tasks.
4 Start Slowly: Even if you exercise for 20 to 30 minutes, you still exercised & kick-started yourself. The key is for you to just start exercising and once you have made it as a daily regiment you will get more energy and get stronger to keep going.
5 Invite Your Friend: Call up your friend and invite her/him to exercise with you. Make a plan that you both will exercise at a certain time every Monday – that way you won’t be alone and you will have a harder time finding excuses.
