Exercise Tip: Side Plank
Did you know that the side plank is an excellent exercise to do if you have love handles? The side plank activates your side muscle groups. It might not be your favorite exercise, however; it can help you limber up your waistline & make those extra handles disappear.
Instructions: Place your elbow on the ground. Lift your body up until your body is in a straight line. Hold your back and your stomach tight and lift you other arm straight up. Keep your lines & head as straight as possible. Do not arch or sway your back. Hold for 30 – 60 seconds and repeat.
