8 egg whites
1 tbsp of milk
8-10 slices of smoked turkey breast
1/2 medium sized green bell pepper, diced
1/2 medium sized red bell pepper, diced
1/2 medium sized onion, diced
- Beat egg whites and tbsp. of milk in medium bowl with whisk.
- Mix all other ingredients into egg mixture.
